Marflex is the home of “Farming the
Future”. Recognizing the needs of farmers
and the agricultural community,
Leroy Mercil, a
commercial crop sprayer manufacturer,
entered the world of crop sprayer
construction over 20 years ago.
 He began developing a sprayer with a
boom length of 50 feet, adaptable
to a pickup truck. That initial design has expanded to
include
units today holding as much as 2600 gallon
capacities, with extension of a flex boom
that has a covered distance of up to 150 feet.
Workability, consumer friendly,
simplicity, efficiency, durability and
effectiveness are the words that best
describe the lightweight MARFLEX
SPRAYER. In the words of one of many
owners, “I have a MARFLEX SPRAYER,
because it works!”
Whether it’s a tractor mount, cart
sprayer or a truck mount sprayer, the
patented hydraulic system allows the
user to fold and unfold the booms
without leaving the cab. The units are
enhanced with the Raven Control, Center
Pivoting, Total Cab Control, and eight inch aluminum box booms.
The Marflex name came
about from our last name
"Mercil". Everyone always
spelled it "Marcil", so
that is where the "Mar"
came from, and the booms
on the sprayer "flex", so
they joined the two, and
it spelled "Marflex".

The tractor unit quickly attaches onto
the front of the tractor and is balanced
with the header unit and booms on the
front and a 1000 gallon
tank on the 3-point-hitch on the back.
The truck unit has a 1300
gallon tank that is center mounted along
with the header and booms. With the new 9 ft. 6 in. travel width easy fold
design, you will move from field to
field quickly, safely and with overall ease!
All units are designed to accept custom
boom widths from 60-120 feet.
